When is eid -al -fiter 2023

 Muslims from all over the world will be getting ready for Eid al-Fitr, the  festival of breaking the fast,as the fasting month of Ramadan comes to an end.



Muslims will observe Eid the following day if the new moon is visible otherwise, they will observe a 30-day month of fasting.


The International Astronomy Centre has made a prediction that Eid al-Fitr 2023 will likely fall on April 22. However, the actual date cannot be determined until the moon has been observed.

However, the new Moon should be visible to the naked eye for the vast majority of people around the world on Friday, April 21, making Saturday, April 22, the first day of Eid.
