An actual battle followed, prompting Neely blacking out. He was hurried to Lenox Slope Clinic, where he was articulated dead.

The incident took place on northbound platform F of the Broadway-Lafayette station in midtown Manhattan just before 2:30 p.m. The 30-year-elderly person.
